1. About This List
This list describes the third-party services that iRta Phone (the "App") uses, and the information each one may access or process when you use the App.
The App does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, push-notification services or in-app payment SDKs. The third parties listed below are limited to the network infrastructure needed to establish and maintain remote-control connections.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with these third parties for their own marketing purposes.
2. Third-Party Services
| Third-Party Service | Type / Purpose | Information Accessed or Processed | Operator / Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
Public STUN servers (for example, stun.cloudflare.com, stun.l.google.com) | NAT traversal — used to discover your public network address so that a direct peer-to-peer connection can be established | Your public IP address and UDP port, sent only during connection establishment | Operated by independent third parties (Cloudflare, Google, and others). See the operators' own privacy policies. |
| Relay (TURN) servers | Connection relay — used only when a direct peer-to-peer connection cannot be established | Encrypted relayed session traffic (screen, audio, input, clipboard, files) | Operated by iRta Team, or, if you configure a custom relay in the App, by the relay operator you choose. Relayed data is encrypted in transit and not stored. |
iRta Team backend services (auth.irta.app, p2p.irta.app) | Sign-in, account and device-list services, and connection signaling | Email address, random device UUID, device info (OS/model/App version), short ID, peer ID and session/device tokens | Operated by iRta Team (first-party). Listed here for transparency. |
| Apple App Store / Google Play | Application distribution and updates | Information handled by the platform (such as download and update records) | Operated by Apple Inc. / Google LLC respectively. See the platforms' own privacy policies. |
3. Notes
- Remote-session data (the Device's screen, audio, input, clipboard and transferred files) is transmitted peer-to-peer between the App and the Device. It is encrypted in transit and is not stored on the App's servers or on relay servers.
- Local system components: the App uses your device's built-in video and audio decoders (such as MediaCodec on Android or VideoToolbox on iOS) to display the remote screen and play audio. These are operating-system components and do not transmit information to third parties.
- If you configure a custom relay server in the App, you should review that relay operator's own privacy terms, as that operator may process your connection traffic.
If you have any questions about this list, please contact us at report@irta.app, or through the feedback entry in the App.
